A Few Notes:
A 50% deposit is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival (as well the prevailing 8% USVI Hotel tax). Some homes require a security deposit (due w/ final payment) which we can discuss when you call us. Also, we will inform you of our cancellation policy when we confirm your reservation.
