The Bay House was completed in 2003. The house is a two-level home.  On the upper level you will find the kitchen, dining & living areas along with a half bath.  The sliding glass doors in the great room area open to a wraparound covered deck.  The lower level includes two equal sized, air-conditioned bedrooms and a deck. 
The pool and sun deck are located on the mid-level where you can enjoy the sun from morning to the mid-afternoon.

The living room has comfortable furniture and includes cable TV/VCR/DVD and a stereo system with a CD player.

At the Bay House you can choose either inside or outside dining.  The inside dining table with seat 4 and the upper & lower deck area offer dining for 4.  There is a gas grill, cooler and beach chairs available for guest use.

The kitchen has a stainless steel gas stove & oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, dinnerware and telephone.  A washer and dryer are also available for our guests use.

The bedrooms are equal in size.  One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has two twin beds that convert to a king.  Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and tiled baths with showers.  Each bedroom has sliding glass doors that open to the lower deck.
