Fun & Contentment is located in Coral Bay.  This a secluded villa with beautiful views of Coral Bay and the British Virgin Islands

Fun & Contentment was completed in 2008.  The house has all living areas, plus the pool, hot tub and decks all on one level.  You enter into the great room which has the kitchen, dining & living areas.  On both sides of the great room is a bedroom which opens to a deck.  The deck is tiled and wraps around the house.  The views from the deck are unbelievable.

The living room has comfortable furniture and has a 31 inch flat screen cable TV/DVD with surround sound stereo/CD system with an i-Pod dock.  There is also a desk  with a computer monitor and an all in one printer, fax & scanner.  Ceiling fan, the trade winds and the bedroom air conditioning keep the interior of this villa cool.

You have two choices for dining.  Inside a table will seat 4 in the dining area of the great room, and outside the dining table will seat 6.  There is a stainless steel gas grill on the deck for your use.

The kitchen is equipped with tiled countertops and stainless steel appliances, including an electric cook top stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender.  Along with plenty of cookware & dinnerware there is a telephone, washer & dryer which is located below the kitchen for guest use.

The two air-conditioned master bedrooms are equal in size and are mirror images.  They both have a 4-poster king bed, nightstands and a chest of drawers.  Both bedrooms also have a flat screen TV/DVD and a portable i  Home stereo with an i-Pod dock.  Both bedrooms have a tiled bath & shower that open to the deck that have beautiful harbor view and gentle cool breezes.
